FULLY BOOKED: Exclusive Wine & Dine with Marie-Thérèse Chappaz at Restaurant Lucide
On 25 January 2025, the Lucide restaurant in the KKL Luzern is hosting a special Wine & Dine event.
Michèle Meier’s refined cuisine will be accompanied by exquisite, award-winning wines from renowned winemaker Marie-Thérèse Chappaz from Valais.
Marie-Thérèse Chappaz is a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture and is known worldwide for her specialities – especially her sweet and white varieties. Since the 1980s, she has been cultivating her vineyards in the Fully region, a terraced landscape with steep slopes. She attaches great importance to sustainability and natural wine production. Grain Ermitage is made from 100-year-old native vines that grow in a corkscrew shape.
Marie-Thérèse Chappaz will provide exciting insights into her wines at Lucide, while Carl J. Studer of the Carl Studer Vinothek will translate from French.
